Have you ever been in a debate with an anti-God Marxist or Humanist or just plain ol’ scorner and had them pop a question that challenged your biblically correct statements and made you look foolish and unlearned? Well, I know that I most certainly have, and was often discouraged from sharing my faith because I knew my testimony wouldn’t hold water with the masses that have bought into the false philosophies of our day. I was truly unprepared to give an answer for the hope that was in me. When I attended Leadership Training Institute in the summer of 1997, I learned the amazing facts of proving God, the Bible, and the Resurrection of Jesus Christ using God given scientific proofs. That information was very exciting, especially after I began to put it to practice and saw the power of God’s Word used to its full effectiveness! We also learned about the two major worldviews, Humanism and Christianity, and how they clash with one another on a day to day basis. We saw where these worldviews originated and the fallacies, vulnerabilities, and foolishness of all worldviews outside of the Creator God’s view of this world. Finally, we discovered how this worldview warfare affected current church, political, and family issues as well as learned how to overcome these present day problems by looking behind the scenes on the real conflict and deciding our actions based on the real power struggle. This was the most life changing week of my entire life, and I still use, on a daily basis, the things I learned. We as Christians, in this godless day in which we live, must be prepared for battle at every turn. Leadership Training Institute puts the weapons we need to win this battle in the hands of those who are willing to use them to accomplish God’s purposes and goals. I encourage each and every one of us to attend the 1998 Leadership Training Institute and from that setting go out and champion the victory already sealed by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! |
