Mr. President, I rise today to recognize the students and staff of the Leadership Training Institute of America, an exemplary training program being held in Washington, D.C., this summer.  I am pleased that constituents from Oklahoma will be participating.

The Leadership Training Institute trains and equips young men and women to be leaders with high standards of personal morality and integrity.  The participants are exposed to the major philosophies, views, and issues of our world today and are encouraged to become leaders with convictions built on scientific knowledge, historical record, and Biblical wisdom.

Speakers and instructors for the Leadership Training Institute are from among our nation's most knowledgeable leaders and professionals in the fields of science, health, education, and public service.

Our country is in need of such programs to help build strong leaders for the next century.  These young students from Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, and Ohio are our nation's future business executives, teachers, and public officials.  They represent our future families and are committed to establishing strong families and rearing children who will be able to contribute to the health and strength of this nation for generations to come.

Again, I commend the LTI staff and participants for this remarkable program and give my endorsement to training our youth to be leaders in their communities.

LTIA is changing the world and shaping the future by inspiring leaders to defend Biblical world view principles, develop in critical thinking skills,  study world view agendas and strategies, network with influential leaders, aspire to leadership roles, and excel in Biblical leadership qualities.

A not-for-profit organization recognized as 501(c)(3) status with the IRS. Contributions are tax-deductible.
